Rolling over is for 4 month olds, right? Not at our house! My 3 week and 1 day old baby rolled over... TWICE!
Greg put Gavin on his belly for some tummy time. I was making dinner and heard a shreak of excitement from Greg. He said that Gavin had rolled over. I said, "yeah right, did you roll him over and think that counts?" Greg swore up and down that he did it on his own. So then I tested it. I put him on his belly and didn't even place his arms in the rolling position. In fact I put them far from where they should be to roll. With in about 2 min he wiggled his way into rolling position and rolled over. I was shocked. So what happens next, I get out the video camera. Surely no one will believe this tall tale with out proof. Once again, I place him on his belly. I get the camera ready and..... NO ROLLING. The poor kid was really mad at me for making him hang out on his belly for so long. I finally had to pick him up!
I will get this on video, if it happens again! :)

I can't believe your fireman ordeal!!! That it just crazy. Glad it worked out okay. My sister locked her newborn inside her house before also. Her husband was 20 mins away and drove home to let them inside....She at least only had one inside and she sat at the back door watching the baby sleep on the couch as she was panicing outside!
Kamryn did the same thing at TWO DAYS OLD! Two times in a row, then not agian for like a month or so!
