The rest of our SLC trip!

So, we are STILL in SLC trying to make it home. My dad works for Delta and we are lucky to be able to fly highly discounted. BUT..with this comes flying standby and not knowing if you are going to get a seat until the last second. We were supposed to fly home on Sunday night but it wasn't even worth trying. So we tried today (Monday) on the flight that looked the best. NO LUCK! We are going to try again tomorrow. Greg is dying because he HATES to miss work if he doesn't have to. We will probably send him to try the early morning flight tomorrow and we will try for a later flight and he can pick us up from the airport after work. All of our bags went on the flight we were trying for earlier today so we are with out undies or a change of clothes, deodorant and everything else you can think of. Needless to say we'll be making a trip to Target tonight for some necessities and be doing a load of wash! :)
We have had so much fun here in Utah. This second 1/2 we have been staying at Greg's parents house. It is SO nice staying here. We both get a break from Alexa because Lynn is the ULTIMATE 'GRANNY'. (She hates when we call her Granny). She gives us GREAT help and totally takes Alexa over which is a major plus with us. Alexa loves it the most. She loves her Granny and Granddad. She tries to say Granny and it comes out MONKEY! It is really funny! She has had a fun time playing with her cousins, that is for sure and really loves her aunts and uncles too. She was not shy at all this trip and would go to anyone, especially those willing to take her outside! She LOVES the back yard! :)
Thanks to ALL of the Granny's, Grandma's, Granddad's and Grandpa's as well as uncles, aunts and cousins for such a fun trip. I am usually ready for home by about 4 days but after 10 I am still not ready to leave! :( Miss Emery told me today that she would really miss me and I got really sad. She is a doll! :)
