We finally have grass in our back yard. YAHOO!
Greg has been working so hard so Miss Alexa can have a place to run around. That is if she ever decides to walk on her own. Greg and Chris put in the sprinklers Easter weekend and then Greg spent all day Friday and Saturday working on the rest. He spent hours on Friday loading a wheelbarrow with mulch mix, rolling it to the back yard and dumping it. He probably could have shaved off an hour but he had some great "help" from 4 neighbor kids across the str
eet who used the dirt more for making sand castles than "helping". But the girls were cute and swept up the driveway once he was all done. He got the mulch leveled early Saturday morning and then started hauling the sod, roll by roll into the yard. He is SUCH a hard worker, I am amazed. And he never complains. He is awesome. Now it is up to me to pick the trees, plants and fountain to complete the rest.
Alexa is growing each week. As of last Monday she now has 8 teeth and she loves to use them. She will fake me out by coming in for a kiss and them quickly biting my nose. She is such a clown. We had one great night when she didn't want to stop giving kisses. For about 5 min she would go back and forth kissing Greg and then me, Greg then me. It was SO cute. Those are the best moments with her. She is growing up too fast. This morning we were reading a book and it was talking about a baby hiding behind her hat. I said hat and she started patting her head. She is so smart! She knew that I was excited so she had to show off her new talent to Greg. Patting your head is sign language for hat but we have never shown her that so I am sure she just realized that is where hats go.

We are headed to SL next weekend and are SO excited. We started looking at her knock knock book again so she would remember her grandparents. I know they are so excited to see her.
