(Getting ready for his birthday party - yesterday)
Anyhoo! Gav my man is FOUR - 4!!!
Do you remember this chubby guy?
Gavin Gregory is no longer such a chub. He is TOO skinny but still TOO cute. He is my little boyfriend and buddy. He gives the BEST genuine hugs and loves to snuggle with me all of the time.
Today on his birthday he is sick. We got to school (the last day) and after I talked to a mom and looked back in the classroom five minutes later, he was curled over, holding his tummy and looking very sick. I went in and he was having a terrible stomach ache. I tried to get him to go potty to "get it all out" but he couldn't do it and was in major pain. He missed his last day of preschool. ;( Lucky for me I have gotten to snuggle him on the couch all day. My sweetheart.
This last year has been so fun with Gavin. We took several trips to Disneyland and this last time he was FINALLY big enough to go on the "big" rides. He loved them all and is going to be our thrill seeker.
Last fall he was diagonsed with H-Pylori which explained why he was not growing and never eating. He was givin a cocktail of antibiotics and some heavy duty acid blockers. Now he is the best eater and loves spicy foods. He has grown 3 inches from the first day of school until now (according to his teacher) but he is still a little guy. Tomorrow he gets to go to his annual doctors visit and we'll see how he is really doing.
