{Cupcake Party}

Cupcake holders and toppers by my adorable sis-in-law Shannon. She is SO crafty! You should hire her for paper crafting needs! :)

More Silly Gals

Alexa and her buddy Reagan were playing last week and asked to make cupcakes and cookies. This was about 5 min before Reagan was supposed to head home. I told them that we could do it "next week". This turned into a major event. Alexa wanted to invite all of her neighborhood friends. I asked her who she would want to come and the list grew to 6 kids. One more was added on Sunday at church when there was a new little girl in her class that she adored.

Yesterday there were 6 giggly girls and 1 adorable boy at our house for play time, cupcake and cookie decorating.

I had made many cupcakes the night before and bought some undecorated sugar cookies from the bakery. (I'm terrified to try to make sugar cookies... I have no clue why). We had pink, purple, white and green frosting and LOTS of sprinkles in different shapes and sizes.

Alexa's cupcake, of course had nearly an entire bowl of frosting on top. That girl has a sweet tooth like her mother! ;)

I had planned an hour and a half but had told the moms I was sure it wouldn't take more than 45 min. I was wrong, it took the entire planned time. They had SO much fun and giggled the entire time. They were all so cute and really played well together.

I was nervous about all of these 3 yr olds coming w/out parents. I thought they would be nervous. They were all GREAT and had a blast!

It really was fun and I am so glad that we did it. Alexa loved every minute!

OK your baby # 3 had me squealing out loud. That was not nice.
What a fun party and patient mama you are! Yummmm, I'm sure those girls made memories that will last forever. My sweeties love the sugar =)
And your photography session was amazing. Niki, I am loving your backdrop. I have a session today but I still have not gotten to home depot to get my setup yet. Do you have any tips before I venture there?
We need to catch up by phone too. I'd love to get started on the kiddos Bday shirts.

HAPPY EASTER Chazen family!
