For my birthday last year and this year, my mom got me a sewing machine. (Yes, I turned the big 30 on the 16th, yikes). It is pretty fancy, even does embroidery. Anyhow, while in Utah Greg's mom assisted me in sewing my first item. I'm positive she cringed the whole 3+ hours it took me to make this (like how I go crazy when someone is trying to use the computer and I just want to push them aside and do it myself) but she was very patient and let me learn.
This apron is the finished project. I had ambitious dreams of making them for all of Alexa's friends for Christmas but that did not happen. Sorry girls. Maybe for your birthdays! :)

Wow..pretty fancy. My mom got me a sewing machine for Christmas 2 years ago and I still haven't sewn anything. I bought fabric to sew Izzie a blanket when she was born and it is all nicely folded in the box. Maybe one day. You did an awsome job.
