When Alexa wakes up she usually just starts shouting for one of us to come get her out. I usually hear, "Mooooooooomy, where areeeeee you?" or "Daddy-O, Come Get Me". It is pretty funny.
On Tuesday I hear the usual call for me but it has changed, just a little, "Niiiiikkkkkiiiii, Where areeeeee youuuuu?, Niiiikkkkiiii commmmeeee get meeee, I need to get ouuuuuut."
Then yesterday Greg went to get her out of bed. She asked for him by saying daddy but when he got there and started his morning tickle ritual she said, "Stop tickling me Gregory".. Greg was shocked. She could tell he was surprised by his face so she went on by saying, "You are so silly Gregory" and Gregory this and that etc. Now she thinks it is so funny and calls him Gregory all day.
What happened to being mommy and daddy?
